Lyons McCloskey was founded in 2006 to support mortgage servicers navigating the ever changing Single Family Loan Servicing environment.
Over the years, Lyons McCloskey has expanded our offerings to meet the moment.
Our services now include CARES Act Audits, Attorney Oversight, Mock Audits, consulting services on FHA loss mitigation, foreclosure, and claims management matters.
Our Leadership Team
Lisa Drew
Lisa Drew brings over 25 years of mortgage banking expertise in compliance, risk management, and operational oversight. She leads critical client services including servicer audits, HUD Quality Control Plans, and vendor management programs.
Previously, Lisa served on Morgan Stanley's Correspondent Credit Committee, overseeing repurchase operations and risk mitigation across the residential mortgage channel.
She also led HUD oversight initiatives at RiskSpan, Inc., developing risk monitoring tools and performance reporting systems. Lisa holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Frank T. Pallotta
Frank Pallotta is a senior banking executive with over 20 years of experience leading mortgage origination and residential finance teams at top-tier Wall Street firms. He began his career at Goldman Sachs before joining DLJ in 1996, where he helped launch a new mortgage origination franchise.
At Morgan Stanley, Frank was a founding member of a global team that grew to over 2,000 people, leading loan acquisition operations covering more than 300 institutions and co-heading the correspondent conduit with a team of 120+ across multiple states.

Bob Lyons
Bob Lyons has had an over 40 year career in Mortgage Servicing.
He worked with FHA on policy initiatives, managed FHA claims and servicing review contracts for HUD, and designed the current Single Family Claims Instruction handbook for the FHA.
He continues to serve as Senior Advisor to the Lyons McCloskey team.

Doug Bales
Douglas Bales brings over 33 years of specialized experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and title matters, and has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate Law since 2000.
As former founder and managing partner of a statewide foreclosure firm, he scaled operations from ten to over two hundred employees while securing major contracts with FannieMae, FreddieMac, and the USDA.
He currently serves as Vice President of a statewide title company and as In-House Counsel for Lyons McCloskey, where he provides attorney oversight, conducts servicer audits, and monitors regulatory changes affecting the mortgage servicing industry. He is admitted to practice in the Florida Bar and all Federal Districts of Florida.
